BeatMelo redesigns its AI music and video studio

The online platform combines prompt-based songmaking, audio editing, MIDI export and music-focused visual tools for independent creators.

BeatMelo has unveiled a redesigned AI Music & Video Studio that brings song generation, audio editing, MIDI workflows and video-production tools into a single online workspace. The company said the update is intended to let independent creators develop a track and the visual material around it without moving between separate creative environments.

The studio’s Text to Music feature turns written prompts or user-provided lyrics into vocal or instrumental songs. Users can specify elements including genre, mood, tempo, instruments, vocal style and structure; the system then develops components such as arrangement, harmony, drums and transitions. An integrated AI Lyrics Generator can produce editable verses, choruses and bridges before they are made into music.

The redesigned offering also gathers tools for working on existing audio. Its AI Cover Song Generator reimagines an authorized recording in another style or arrangement, while separate options support vocal removal, stem splitting, song extension and voice changes. BeatMelo distinguishes a style cover from a change to the singing voice, and warns that cover generation may alter phrasing, timing, pitch contours and structure rather than reproduce an identical performance.

For producers, the platform can turn eligible songs or supported user-authorized MP3 and WAV files into a WAV master, separated stems and MIDI parts for editing in a digital audio workstation. MIDI generation starts from a text description, while audio-to-MIDI transcription starts with a recording; both yield editable note data rather than a finished audio mix. BeatMelo cautions that exported MIDI may need corrections to notes, timing or velocity and does not include such production details as plug-in settings, mixer routing or native project sessions.

The visual side includes AI Music Video tools for story-led videos and character-based singing performances. A separate Music Release Visualizer exports MP4 videos using templates, optional cover art, a title and an artist name. It offers six example visualizer styles and presets for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Reels and general social formats, but does not itself generate new artwork, a narrative or character performance.

BeatMelo said the platform is aimed at musicians, producers, DJs, video creators, podcasters, marketers and social-media creators. It described the redesign as a move beyond a single generation task toward a music-first environment spanning songwriting, audio transformation, production resources and visual storytelling.

The company said users should have the necessary permissions for any audio, lyrics, images or voices they upload, and should review AI-generated results before publication. Creating or downloading a song does not clear third-party rights, including another songwriter’s work, samples or a recognizable person’s voice; commercial use also depends on the user’s plan, model terms and input rights. The redesigned studio is available at BeatMelo’s website.
