The three-day pop-up will pair 3D and sound demonstrations with consultations for game-production teams.
Ledger: AdoptedAI is taken up

NC AI will run a three-day hands-on VARCO café near Busan’s BEXCO convention centre during G-Star 2026, inviting game developers, students and creators to test its generative-AI production tools. The event runs from Nov. 19 to 21 at Chacha Coffee Co.’s Centum Leaders Mark branch, in front of BEXCO Exhibition Hall 2.
The pop-up is intended to introduce VARCO’s technology and uses to game and video-production practitioners, while expanding NC AI’s contact with developers and creators around G-Star, South Korea’s largest game exhibition. It will be open to industry professionals, indie developers, students and other people interested in AI content creation.
NC AI is presenting the service as a “new hire on the art team,” framing it as support for production tasks. Chief Executive Lee Yeon-soo said VARCO turns creators’ ideas into output while reducing the burden of the production process, and that the company would use G-Star to gather developers’ and creators’ needs for more practical services.
The space will have separate 3D and sound tracks. In the VARCO 3D area, visitors can generate models from text or images, then adjust meshes and textures, rig characters and animate them within one workflow. The sound area will let visitors turn recorded voices into creature sounds and view creator-made video work demonstrating AI audio in use.
A corporate consultation area will offer one-to-one sessions for game developers and content-production teams. NC AI plans to explain how VARCO could be adapted to a company’s existing production environment and project characteristics. Ten companies or teams selected from those consultations will receive three months of free team use of VARCO.
Online pre-registration surveys are open through Nov. 18. People who sign up for VARCO and complete the survey can choose a one-month VARCO 3D Plus or VARCO Sound Lite pass whether or not they attend G-Star; hands-on participants and survey respondents will also receive limited-edition merchandise.
The event follows NC AI’s Oct. 20 release of VARCO Sound, a service that generates and edits scene-appropriate audio from text, images and video. It can produce Foley, effects and ambient audio, offers a conversational Sound Agent and separate tracks for audio sources, and currently generates files of up to 60 seconds. NC AI has also released a desktop application and Unity plugin for the service.
NC AI’s VARCO Sound and VARCO 3D promotion, offering first-time purchasers 50% off their first subscription month, runs through Nov. 30.
